To coordinate Leadership Summer School, a team works for several months to facilitate the making of the event: The Supervisory Board (SB).  Its role is to support the organisation of the event, to monitor the progress of the activities of LSS steering committees (Organisation Committee, Trainers, Fundraising, PR, etc) and communicate with all the stakeholders.

The SB members are skilled and experienced in Virtual Communication, International Project Management, in organising international events, working and leading teams and, individually, carrying on their specific tasks. Last but not least, they are familiar with LSS Project.

Joining the SB offers an opportunity for improving soft-skills, virtual teamwork, organisational methods, and maybe most importantly, an opportunity to experience a diverse, multicultural and European level working environment.
